Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Cancellations or changes to the order are no longer possible after the order has been placed. We strive to process all orders received before 4 p.m. on the same day. However, during peak periods, it may take 1–3 business days to process your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and can expect your order according to the schedule below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
