100-day return policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 100 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions

The return guarantee applies exclusively to unworn, undamaged, and original-packaged items.

Items may be tried on, but must not have been used beyond the usual checking of fit and quality.

The guarantee only applies to end customers (consumers) and not to commercial buyers.
Return / exchange process

Register your return yourself in our returns portal

Select exchange for a different size/color or a refund
- Select your refund method (store credit + 20% bonus or original payment method)
- A QR code for the DHL return will be created automatically and you just need to go to the nearest DHL shop
Refund
Once the return has been received and checked by us, the refund is generally processed within 14 business days.
Note
This voluntary return guarantee does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days). Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
