In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we grant you a voluntary return guarantee of a total of 100 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions

  • The return guarantee applies exclusively to unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging .

  • The items may be tried on , but must not have been used beyond the usual check of fit and quality .

  • The warranty applies only to end customers (consumers) and not to commercial buyers.

Return/Exchange Procedure

  1. Register your return yourself in our returns portal .

  2. Choose exchange for a different size/color or refund.

  3. Choose your refund method (shop credit + 20% bonus or original payment method)
  4. The QR code for the DHL return will be generated automatically; you just need to go to the nearest DHL shop.
